Meet the Team: The Women Behind Your Jewellery

Every piece of KBN jewellery passes through the hands of a small, passionate team of women – and we thought it was about time you got to know them a little better.

We’re a tight-knit crew of makers, packers, polishers and creatives based in Brisbane, QLD. Most of us are mums, balancing business and babies, and all of us genuinely care about every order that leaves the studio. From stamping initials to stringing beads, checking jumprings to wrapping each piece with love – we’re hands-on in every part of the process.

We don’t have big machines or a factory floor. It’s just real women (and Scott), working together with heart and hustle to create something meaningful. Whether you’re gifting a piece or treating yourself, know that there’s someone here cheering you on, celebrating with you, and sending a little extra love your way.

Our Geordie mama behind it all! Designing, sketching, stamping—she starts each day with a handstand (or two) and a dream.

Scott – Managing Director

Nikki’s partner-in-passion! While not one of the “women behind your jewellery,” he keeps logistics flowing, finances sorted, and holiday bookings in line.

Asha – Operations Manager

Nikki’s work wife, bringing calm to our bustling studio. She wrangles mass orders, customer emails, dispatch, and team calendars like a pro.

Ches – Marketing Specialist

Our creative campaign-er and mum-extraordinaire juggling three kids, crafty DIYs and social content while always bringing the Kmart heart.

Ellie – Content Creator

The newest addition to the KBN fam. She always bringing the good vibes, a fresh set of nails, and a Starbucks in hand to start the day right!

Our customer care team are the warm hearts behind the inbox. They’re the ones replying to your emails, helping with custom orders, chasing down couriers, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Our makers are the hands behind every piece. They hand-stamp initials, thread beads, close jumprings, and polish each item until it’s just right. Every piece of KBN jewellery passes through multiple makers before it's packaged – all working with care, precision, and a deep love for meaningful jewellery. They’re not just makers – they’re artists, perfectionists, and the reason your jewellery feels so special.

Weekend adventurer with a camera in hand—her jewellery-making is as precise as her photo edits, and she’s loved by fur-baby Percy 💕

Belle – Senior Jewellery Maker

Custom-stamp creator, 4WD camper, and roller skater—her creativity makes your pieces one-of-a-kind (and she fitted her own car rig—wow!).

Cat – Jewellery Maker

Pilates lover and plant whisperer—she softly creates your pendants while Olly, her pup, keeps her company.

Gym-goer, florist at heart, mum of two—her hands craft your pieces with care and style, rooted in creativity and family.

Op-shop queen and bookworm—weekenders are made up of cafes, family footy & colourful wardrobe statements.

Pilates lover and ultimate dog-mum (three pups!)—she blends gentle focus with loving energy in every piece she crafts.

Our resident witch —she brews magic into every piece she crafts and brings an iconic warm cackle to the studio.
