I'm Nikki, wifey to Scott and Mam to Milo and Chet and Aspen. We live in Brisbane, Australia although I'm from Newcastle in the North East of England - that's right, I'm a Geordie!
I work with a cute little team - scroll down to see everyone! Together we hand make every piece that leaves our tiny studio - from cutting our own bars and pendants to making rings and earrings.
Kellective by Nikki came about for a couple of reasons I guess. We had our first baby and suddenly realised we didn't have any family close by so I'd need more flexible work. I also was made redundant from my corporate job and felt like I wanted to do something creative. I have a love for the dainty, delicate and simple so I thought it would be cool to make a necklace with my new bubs name on it. I had a few ideas to try then suddenly I had an Etsy store and people seemed to like what I was making.
In our 8 years we've made over 185,000 pieces and counting. We went from kitchen table, to home studio and now our third commercial studio - which we purchased ourselves! I feel so incredibly blessed to have the job I do and touch so many people for special occasions. I feel like I've imagined my dream job and now I'm doing it.
I'll also explain our name! 'Kellective' is a play on collective and our last name which is Kelly. My sister in law thought of it and I really liked it - although with my accent it gets REALLY hard to spell over the phone.

I have a passion for family, fitness and fun. I love camping, jumping into a CrossFit class when I can, and spending time with my fave 4 - hubby + 3 mini's!
Scott | Managing Director
Nikki's other half and business companion. Scott loves camping, football and spending time with his friends and family.
Asha | Operations Manager
Nikki's work wife, Asha brings a much-needed dose of serenity to the KBN office. She adores spending sunny days at the beach with her beautiful little family!
Ches | Marketing Specialist
When she's not working at her own business (Arvo Agency) or making beautiful things at KBN, you can find Ches hanging out with her three beautiful children, shopping at Kmart or killing it at the gym!
Kate | Customer Care
You can always count on Kate to be all over what's happening on TikTok, the latest trends or anything cool worth knowing. She's a mum to two absolute cuties and a pilates lover!
Kady | Customer Care
Kady is our resident fun fact queen - we learn something new almost every day! Now the proud mum of two little ones, she loves spending time with her beautiful family and keeping up to date on all the latest goss.
Amanda | Customer Care
A lover of flowy dresses & skirts, Amanda loves to keep our office clean & tidy! When she isn't checking your beautiful pieces for quality, she spends time with her fiancé, gorgeous little girl & new baby boy.
Ella | Customer Care
Lover of Crocs and fash-un, Ella is one of the beautiful souls who answer your emails. She loves keeping fit at the gym and chats with her mum.

Away from work you will find Renee dreaming of beach getaways and loving on her 2 pugs. She loves searching for mustard colour homewares on Marketplace and enjoying a chai latte.
Emily | Content Creator
While she isn't creating gun content, Emily loves reading and travelling (or saving for her next adventure). Fun fact, Emily is Aldi's first ever official Chief Frozen Food Reviewer.
Sam | Senior Jewellery Maker
Our kind-hearted Sam absolutely loves photography and going on epic weekend adventures. She has an eye for all things beautiful. She's also loves a fur-baby Percy more than anything!
Belle | Senior Jewellery Maker
When she's not custom-making stamp designs or crafting your piece, you can find our creative superstar, Belle camping or taking her skates for a spin! She's also just created her own custom camping fit-out for her 4WD!
Cat | Jewellery Maker
The gentle-natured Cat is a huge lover of plants and all things green. Outside of making your beautiful pendants she loves pilates and playing with her doggy, Olly!
Gina | Jewellery Maker
Gina, a outdoor-loving soul, ignites her creative spirit with crafts & a love of floristy. When not making jewellery, you will find her at the gym or creating cherished memories with her two little kids!
Sharon | Jewellery Maker
Sharon, lover of cheerful & colourful attire, spends her weekends exploring charming cafes & op shopping (treasure hunting), while also balancing her bookworm tendencies with quality time dedicated to her two kids & their sports activities.
Maddi | Jewellery Maker
Maddi, a self confessed dog lover, has 3 beautiful pups at home. She loves doing pilates and did we mention she loves her 3 dogs?
Ella | Jewellery Maker
When she's not making pieces for KBN, she makes crystal jewellery with her mum to sell at markets. More than anything she loves being in nature, chasing waterfalls and watching sunsets.
Brodie | Stock & Supply
Brodie is the king of punching the best pendants for our makers! He is a keen Cross-Fitter and is always up for a challenge.. but he may not hear you through his AirPods.
