When you order a piece from us, you're not just getting something pretty – you're getting a carefully crafted piece of jewellery that’s been thoughtfully made to last. One of the tiniest, but most important parts of our process? The humble jumpring.

Jumprings are the little metal rings that attach your pendant to your chain, or your clasp to your bracelet. They're small, but they’re mighty – and we take them seriously. Every single jumpring in our studio is opened, closed, and carefully checked by hand. We don’t solder our jumprings, but that doesn’t mean they’ll open or fall apart. In fact, with the right tools and technique (which we’ve perfected), a properly closed jumpring is strong, secure, and exactly as it should be.

Each piece passes through three sets of hands before it reaches you. From the maker who assembles and closes the jumpring, to the team member who quality checks the piece, and finally to the person who packs it up. If something’s not sitting quite right, we’ll catch it.

We know our jewellery is dainty – that’s part of the charm – but it’s not fragile. When properly cared for, it’s made to last years. You shouldn’t have to worry about a charm slipping off or a bracelet falling apart. It’s the little things, like a well-closed jumpring, that make a big difference.
