Our extenders are 2" long (5cm) and allow the clasp to be clipped in anywhere on the chain making your necklace length adjustable.
ORDERING OPTIONS
Add to necklace in current order - choose this option if you'd like us to attach the extender to a necklace you are purchasing in the same order. If you're purchasing more than one necklace please specify in the 'additional comments' which necklace you'd like it attached to.
Send the extender out to me - Choosing this option we will send you an extender with a clasp on it so you can attach to your existing necklace. Please note, this will mean your necklace with have 2 clasps on it.
I'm sending a necklace back to you to attach - Choose this option if you want to post us your existing necklace for us to attach the extender with pliers (meaning no additional clasp to your necklace). Address to send to is: PO Box 194, Banyo, QLD 4014.

Our jewellery pieces are made from either rose gold/ gold filled metal or sterling silver.
Gold filled metal is the best alternative to solid gold, its quality and longevity is much superior to gold plated/vermeil. To be classed a gold filled piece it must be at least 5% gold in the overall product - in comparison gold vermeil would be less than 1%.

Sterling silver is a high-quality, nickel-free precious metal known for its durability and timeless beauty. One of the great things about sterling silver is that it can easily be polished to restore its original shine, even if it naturally tarnishes over time. Tarnishing can vary from person to person, but it’s easy to manage - simply use the white polish pad provided with your order for a quick refresh, or a silver cleaning solution for a more thorough clean.
If you're purchasing this as a gift, we suggest storing it in an airtight zip-lock bag to protect it from air exposure and maintain its stunning appearance.
NECKLACE LENGTH COMPARISON
Different chain lengths can look and fit so different from person to person. This is why it's so important to measure before you order. Here are two ways you can do this...
Option 1.
Choose a necklace you already own that is a length that you are comfortable with. Measure the full length, including the clasp, and order the option closest to this number.
Option 2.
Get a piece of string and measure it out to a length that you are comfortable with. Measure the full length and order the option that is closest to this number.
Don't forget to add a 2 inch extender to your necklace if you want to be on the safe side.

Can I return readymade items?
If you've order a product with no personalisation (not made to order) you can return for store credit. The exception to this is earrings - due to hygiene issues we cannot return earrings.
