OUR MATERIALS

Our jewellery pieces are made from either rose gold/ gold filled metal or sterling silver.

Gold filledΒ metal is the best alternative to solid gold, its quality and longevity is much superior to gold plated/vermeil. To be classed a gold filled piece it must be at least 5% gold in the overall product - in comparison gold vermeil would be less than 1%.

Sterling silverΒ is a high-quality, nickel-free precious metal known for its durability and timeless beauty. One of the great things about sterling silver is that it can easily be polished to restore its original shine, even if it naturally tarnishes over time. Tarnishing can vary from person to person, but it’s easy to manage - simply use the white polish pad provided with your order for a quick refresh, or a silver cleaning solution for a more thorough clean.

If you're purchasing this as a gift, we suggest storing it in an airtight zip-lock bag to protect it from air exposure and maintain its stunning appearance.

FAQ

CAN I RETURN READY MADE ITEMS?

Mostly yes! If you've order a product which no personalisation which wasn't made to order then we can return for store credit. The exception to this is earrings - due to hyiene issues we cannot return earrings.
HOW LONG FOR MY ITEM TO BE SENT

We usually have all ready made items out quickly - around 1-2 business days. During sale times this might take a little longer.

Please note - if you purchase another item with a longer dispatch time the order will all be sent together so the longer turnaround time will apply.
