Whether you're marking a birthday, a special moment or just love a bit of colour, this sweet little accent makes it personal.

Attach to necklace in current order:
Choose this option if you'd like us to add the pendant to a necklace you are purchasing in the same order.
If you're purchasing more than one necklace please specify in the 'special instructions' which necklace you'd like it attached to. If you wish to specify the order of pendants please also note in the 'special instructions' box. Without any order detail we will add in the order we feel looks best.
If you have ordered a complete necklace but also wish to order additional pendants and NOT have them attached to this order you are welcome to select this option to avoid the surcharge - Please just let us know in the special instructions box.
Send the pendant out to me:
Choosing this option we will send your pendant out to you with just a jump ring attached to the top. Please note, our pendants will not slide onto the chains and will need to be added using pliers. If you feel confident, you can try yourself by following these instructions "How to open and close a jumpring” or you can take to a local jeweller. It's a very small, quick job to add a pendant to a chain.
Please understand, this option will void any warranty on the chain as it could be damaged if jumpring is not added correctly.
I'm sending a necklace to you to attach:
Choose this option if you want to post us your existing necklace for us to attach the pendant with pliers. We can only attach pendants to KBN Jewellery necklaces. If you wish to make a note of the order you'd like the pendant to be in (assuming there's already a pendant on the chain) please let us know in the additional comments. Please ensure you add a note in the envelope to let us know your order number.

Our jewellery pieces are made from either rose gold/ gold filled metal or sterling silver.
Gold filled metal is the best alternative to solid gold, its quality and longevity is much superior to gold plated/vermeil. To be classed a gold filled piece it must be at least 5% gold in the overall product - in comparison gold vermeil would be less than 1%.

Sterling silver is a high-quality, nickel-free precious metal known for its durability and timeless beauty. One of the great things about sterling silver is that it can easily be polished to restore its original shine, even if it naturally tarnishes over time. Tarnishing can vary from person to person, but it’s easy to manage - simply use the white polish pad provided with your order for a quick refresh, or a silver cleaning solution for a more thorough clean.
If you're purchasing this as a gift, we suggest storing it in an airtight zip-lock bag to protect it from air exposure and maintain its stunning appearance.
NECKLACE LENGTH COMPARISON
Different chain lengths can look and fit so different from person to person. This is why it's so important to measure before you order. Here are two ways you can do this...
Option 1.
Choose a necklace you already own that is a length that you are comfortable with. Measure the full length, including the clasp, and order the option closest to this number.
Option 2.
Get a piece of string and measure it out to a length that you are comfortable with. Measure the full length and order the option that is closest to this number.
Don't forget to add a 2 inch extender to your necklace if you want to be on the safe side.

FAQ
Can you stamp on the back?
Ohhh probably our most asked question. Unfortunately we can't though.
Because we stamp our pieces the process leaves a small blemish on the back on the pendants/bars. This of course doesn't take away from the beauty of the front of your piece but if we stamped the other side it would.
